In the wake of student protests, St. Xavier’s College management has assured its student body that their welfare is the highest priority. The college administration is dedicated to upholding student rights and interests. A formal statement confirmed that students experiencing issues with their academic promotion will be provided with another opportunity to succeed, in strict adherence to college regulations.
The management also took the opportunity to refute misleading information circulated with the intent to harm the college’s reputation, noting that reports on the number of affected students were deliberately exaggerated.
It was also clarified that the Principal and Vice-Principal’s absence from the state was due to pre-arranged official duties, contrary to claims suggesting they were unavailable to meet students. St. Xavier’s College has always prioritized student interests and will maintain this stance.
Students are encouraged to engage directly with college staff and faculty to resolve any issues. The college has long fostered open communication through various channels, aiming to ensure continuous dialogue and effective resolution of student concerns by the administration and teaching community.
