Badminton has been chosen as the academy’s first sport, with play commencing immediately. Academy Chairman Sunil Jain Chhabra shared the operational details: the facility will be accessible from 4 PM to 10:45 PM daily. A structured schedule ensures dedicated time for various groups, with children and women playing from 4 PM to 7 PM, followed by sessions for young men.
The academy is not stopping at badminton; plans are in motion to introduce table tennis, carrom, chess, and a fitness zone complete with gym equipment. In a move promoting inclusivity, the academy welcomes participation from all community members, provided they complete the registration process and pay a monthly fee.
The event was skillfully managed by Abhishek Jain, the In-charge of Digambar Jain Vidyalaya, and blessed with an invocation by Shashi Chhabra.
