A man was murdered by his son in Simdega district, Jharkhand, following a disagreement over the selling of a bull. Celestine Kindo allegedly used an axe to attack his father, Sylvester Kindo. The mother, Basanti Kindo, intervened but was also targeted, managing to escape the attack. Sylvester Kindo died from his injuries. The Kurdeg police arrested Celestine Kindo after being informed of the crime. The local community is in a state of shock following the incident.
