A significant event took place in Ranchi on December 21st, the Second International Meditation Day, with the inauguration of the revised edition of the yoga book “Yoga Ek Drishti Mein.” The launch ceremony was graced by the presence of Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, who formally released the book at his residence. The book is the latest offering from authors Dr. Parinita Singh and Dr. Archana Kumari, building upon their previous yoga-related works including “Abhyasam” and “Paramparik Yoga.” Dr. Singh highlighted that this book represents their commitment to promoting Indian culture and is crafted to be accessible and valuable for all age groups. Dr. Kumari explained that “Yoga Ek Drishti Mein” focuses on presenting yogic knowledge theoretically but in a very simplified and accessible way, making complex concepts understandable for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga.
