The event, held at the Kanke regional administrative center, saw Bhagat meticulously handling dozens of applications, underscoring his commitment to accessible governance. Bhagat advocated for dispute resolution through mutual consent as the most beneficial approach. He clarified that the ‘Janata Darbar’s’ purpose is to provide swift and transparent solutions for the everyday challenges faced by the community. Reassuring attendees, Bhagat affirmed his dedication to impartial service, emphasizing that all individuals are treated equally, irrespective of any external influence or attempts to bypass standard procedures. He also highlighted the technical limitations hampering efficiency, such as the slow JharNet system and server malfunctions, which unfortunately lead to waiting periods. Numerous residents shared their experiences of long-pending issues, some unresolved for months, finally being settled in a single, decisive interaction. Overwhelmed with satisfaction, many individuals left the premises offering their sincere blessings and thanks to Amit Bhagat.
