Upon removing the burqa, the person was identified as Pramod, a resident of Kishanganj in Ranchi. The incident prompted the attendees to inform the Kotwali police station, who then took Pramod into custody for questioning. Authorities are examining the circumstances surrounding Pramod’s presence at the event in disguise.
