Krishna Kumar, hailing from Patna, Bihar, went to the woman’s house in the Chuna Bhatta area, Sukdev Nagar police station limits, brandishing a firearm. He confronted her, demanding marriage and threatening to shoot her if she refused. The woman’s distress call brought neighbors to the scene, who subsequently detained Kumar and informed the police. Police responded swiftly, arresting Kumar and seizing a locally made pistol. The man and woman had been in a relationship that started as a friendship. Their relationship ended after a disagreement, which led to Kumar’s threatening behavior.
