The closing of the 15-day residential training camp organized by Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Jharkhand province, at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Ranchi, was a moment of significance. Chitra Tai Joshi, the All India Co-Executive, delivered a speech on Bharat Mata’s importance as the source of life. The event celebrated Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar’s 300th birth anniversary and remembered her service to the nation. The sacrifice of Rani Durgavati was also remembered. Retired Director General of Police Nirmal Kaur commended the Sevikas’ discipline and service. The camp hosted 225 Sevikas from 20 districts, aiming to instill discipline, physical strength, patriotism, and cultural values. Daily activities included yoga, exercise, intellectual discussions, songs, and service. Senior leaders and officers guided the camp. The training covered patriotism, civic duty, social harmony, indigenous products, and environmental protection. A parade by the Sevikas was a notable event, met with public appreciation. The program was attended by many members of social and educational organizations.
