The court has ordered the state government, RIMS, and the Jharkhand Building Corporation to submit their responses, addressing the utilization of allotted funds, the procurement of medical equipment, and the tendering process. Simultaneously, the Additional Medical Superintendent of RIMS has sent a letter to the department requesting the implementation of a revised daily duty allowance for home guards. If approved, the home guards will receive ₹1088 per day instead of the current ₹500.
