The District Dairy Development Department has taken action, registering a case at the Sadar police station. The fraudsters contacted farmers, falsely claiming to be the secretary of the Agriculture Minister, and demanded money under the pretense of facilitating scheme approvals and benefits. The department is urging farmers to be vigilant against these cyber scams.
