Chief Minister Hemant Soren has reinforced the government’s unwavering dedication to improving the future of Jharkhand’s youth. The administration is actively working to provide the younger generation with avenues for career advancement and new opportunities. A key development in this regard is the recent MoU between the School Education and Literacy Department and HCL Tech for the Tech Bee program, designed to connect students with employment opportunities.
Speaking at a program at the Jharkhand Ministry, the Chief Minister highlighted that the initiative would enable the state’s youth to pursue promising careers in information technology. He commended HCL’s Tech Bee program, which targets students from the 12th grade onwards, facilitating their entry into the IT sector. Any organization dedicated to providing technical education, skills training, and job opportunities to young people will receive full support from the state government. The administration’s focus remains on delivering quality education, skill enhancement, and job placements for the youth.
The Chief Minister explained that Tech Bee offers students the chance to secure their future while still in school, with opportunities for employment and further education following successful training. He encouraged students to fully embrace the program to enhance their career prospects. He also emphasized the need to ensure that comprehensive program information reaches all students. The youth of the state possess considerable talent and ingenuity, and the government is committed to guiding them through various programs, with a focus on education, skill development, and employment opportunities.
To address the financial challenges faced by students, the Guru Ji Credit Card scheme has been introduced. This scheme provides access to loans of up to Rs 15 lakh without requiring collateral, for those pursuing studies in engineering, management, or other fields. The government is committed to offering assistance at every step.
