The Minister highlighted various ongoing schemes, including those related to rural road construction, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA), and the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS). These initiatives are focused on creating employment opportunities and boosting self-reliance, especially through women’s groups. Priority is being given to completing projects approved in the previous year, while new schemes are being expedited.
