A major robbery in Jharkhand saw two builders from Ranchi abducted and robbed of ₹50 lakh. The incident happened in Bokaro district. The builders, Abhay Singh and Jai Singh, were traveling from Ranchi to Dhanbad. The criminals, in a four-wheeler, signaled the builders to stop. The criminals then forced the builders into their own vehicle at gunpoint, and stole the cash. The victims were later let go. Despite the presence of villagers who tried to intervene, the criminals managed to escape. A special investigation team has been formed to investigate the incident and catch the perpetrators. The Bokaro district SP is leading the investigation.
