A jewellery shop in Ghaziabad was robbed on Friday by individuals using the guise of Blinkit and Swiggy delivery agents. The perpetrators, wearing the distinctive uniforms of the delivery services, entered Mansi Jewellers, deceiving the employees into believing they were there to deliver a package. The ruse was soon exposed when the individuals pulled out weapons and demanded valuables. The robbers successfully looted 20 kg of silver, 125 grams of gold, and Rs 20,000 in cash before escaping on motorcycles. The incident, which occurred in Brij Vihar Colony, was captured on CCTV, aiding the ongoing police investigation. The owner of the shop had briefly stepped away when the robbery took place. The police are analyzing the CCTV footage in an attempt to identify the suspects.
