An intricate terror plot, allegedly masterminded by Dr. Shaheen, has been brought to light, focusing on the recruitment and radicalization of vulnerable Muslim girls and women for human bomb assignments. Deleted digital records have reportedly uncovered detailed plans for these attacks, codenamed ‘Mujahid Jangju’.
Dr. Shaheen is accused of actively seeking out and preparing individuals for these high-risk missions. Her targets reportedly included young Muslim girls between the ages of 14 and 18, along with divorced or estranged women, identified as prime candidates for brainwashing and extremist indoctrination under ‘Mission Kafir’.
The operational framework described involves a decentralized terror network spread across various cities in Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Shaheen is believed to have structured this network into teams of five doctors each, led by ‘HOD’ designated commanders. A strict policy of compartmentalization was reportedly enforced to ensure operational secrecy, with each cell operating independently. Evidence also suggests connections to international terror elements, including alleged training and information sharing with Jaish commanders in Pakistan.
Financial intelligence has revealed a significant flow of funds, exceeding 40 crore rupees over seven years, through accounts linked to Dr. Shaheen and her associates. Investigators are scrutinizing the unusual transaction patterns, such as small, coded increments added to large sums, which are believed to be part of a sophisticated system for funding terror activities and maintaining covert communications.
