A Dubai-bound IndiGo flight originating from Surat was diverted to Ahmedabad on Thursday because of a technical issue that occurred during the flight. The flight took off from Surat at around 9:30 am and landed at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at approximately 11:00 am. IndiGo made arrangements for another flight to transport the passengers. The aircraft landed safely, and the situation was not considered an emergency. Additionally, an Alliance Air flight from Hyderabad to Tirupati was canceled on August 24th due to repeated technical issues with the aircraft. After returning for engineering checks, the aircraft was cleared but later developed another problem, prompting the cancellation to prevent further disruption.
