Moderate to heavy rainfall was observed in Sirmaur, Kangra, and Mandi districts recently. The weather pattern includes a brief break on July 19th, followed by renewed heavy rainfall from July 20th to 23rd in lower hill districts. District administrations have issued advisories advising caution and vigilance.
