A new era in Gujarat’s governance has begun with the BJP announcing a 26-member cabinet, featuring several new faces and strategic inclusions. Rivaba Jadeja, wife of cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, is among the prominent personalities inducted into the reshuffled council. This significant change in the state’s ministerial body took place after the entire council, barring Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, tendered their resignations. The roster of new ministers includes Swaroopji Thakor, Pravenkumar Mali, Rushikesh Patel, Darshna Waghela, Kunvarji Bavaliya, Arjun Modhwadia, Parshottam Solanki, Jitendra Waghani, Praful Pansheriya, Harsh Sanghvi, and Kanubhai Desai. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel met with Governor Acharya Devvrat to finalize the oath-taking proceedings for the new cabinet members. Praful Pansheriya, a newly appointed minister, reiterated his allegiance to the party’s high command and his readiness to undertake any given responsibility.
