The Dhami government has previously introduced important measures, such as 30% reservation for women in government jobs and implementing women’s reservation in cooperative societies. These measures are aimed at promoting women’s leadership. Further, the government has successfully implemented initiatives like Mahila Saarthi Yojana, Ekal Mahila Swarozgar Yojana, and Lakhpati Didi to provide women with self-employment opportunities.
