An 18-month-old child was injured in a collision between a motorcycle and an Audi car in the Nizamuddin area of Delhi on Thursday. A Delhi Police official confirmed the accident and stated that the toddler sustained injuries. The child has been admitted to AIIMS trauma center for treatment, and an investigation is underway. In another legal matter, an Extradition court in New Delhi has granted permission to extradite a fugitive criminal to the United Kingdom. The individual will face trial for sexual assault, rape, and indecent communication. The criminal, who fled the UK after committing the offences, was arrested in Kochi and brought to Delhi. The fugitive gave consent for extradition. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Pranav Joshi passed the order for the extradition of Naijil Pau, a British citizen. The court also ordered that Naijil Paul remain in judicial custody within the Tihar Jail complex until the extradition process is finalized, with the jail superintendent instructed to present him before the concerned court every seven days using video conferencing.
