Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has been in contact with the External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar to ensure the safety and well-being of the Kashmiri students currently studying in Iran. Authorities are working to address the safety concerns of the over 1,500 Kashmiri students in Iran amid the escalating tensions.
