The monsoon’s early arrival has already brought considerable rainfall, with the state experiencing a wet spell since June 18th. The department has issued both orange and yellow alerts, indicating varying levels of risk. Orange alerts are in effect for districts like Janjgir-Champa, Raigarh, Korba, and others, while yellow alerts cover a broader range of districts, including Sukma, Bijapur, and more.
