The results of the Sub Engineer recruitment exam conducted by the Water Resources Department have been released by Vyapam. The exam took place on July 20th. The top scorer in the Civil branch secured 80.250 out of 100, while the top performer in the Electrical/Mechanical branch scored 83.
Several issues arose during the exam. Three questions were excluded, and one question had multiple accepted answers. Earlier, the ADEO exam also faced a similar situation where 12 questions were removed, leading to complaints from the candidates.
The recruitment drive aims to appoint 105 Civil and 16 Electrical/Mechanical Sub Engineers in Chhattisgarh. The Civil exam saw the participation of 11,121 candidates, and the Electrical/Mechanical exam had 4,694 candidates. The combined merit list, incorporating scores from both branches, has been released.
