Rajni Dubey Takes Charge as Chairman of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Appeals Body

In a recent government order, Mrs. Rajni Dubey, a retired judge of the Bilaspur High Court, has been named the chairperson of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. The appointment is made under the authority granted by the 2016 RERA Act and will be governed by Section 47(1) of the same legislation. She will lead the tribunal from the date of taking charge, with a term limited to five years or until she turns 67, whichever comes first.
