Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal was sworn in as a permanent judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court this morning. The Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, Ramesh Sinha, administered the oath in his courtroom. The event was attended by all the judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court in Bilaspur.
The appointment of Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal as a permanent judge was confirmed by a notification issued by the Department of Legal and Legislative Affairs, New Delhi, on August 7, 2025.
The swearing-in ceremony saw the presence of several key figures from the legal community, including Advocate General Prafulla N. Bharat, Deputy Solicitor General Ramakant Mishra, the President of the High Court Advocates Association, Umakant Chandel, senior advocates, members of the High Court Advocates Association, other advocates, and judicial officers associated with the Registry, Judicial Academy, and Legal Services Authority.
