An unusual story has surfaced from the Gariaband district in Chhattisgarh. A man residing in the Mainpur block made a career change, leaving his job as a driver to take up horseback riding. Nakul’s family has adopted the same lifestyle, using horses for their daily travels. He has expanded his work to offer horseback riding services within his community, citing the dangers of fast driving as the reason for his shift to farming and equestrian activities.
Nakul BC, 48, a resident of Banuwapara in the Mainpur block of Gariaband, transitioned from bus driving to a life centered around horses. For the last ten years, Nakul and his family have relied on horses for transportation. He owns two horses. He started as a bus conductor at 20 and later became a driver.
