A female Maoist was critically injured in an IED explosion in Bijapur, a region known for Naxal activities in Chhattisgarh. The incident took place in the Bandepara forest, under the Madmed police station area, with the IED reportedly planted by the Maoists. After the explosion, her comrades fled, taking her weapon and leaving her severely injured in the forest. Local villagers informed the police about the incident.
