The High Court has told the SP to find the woman and bring her to court by August 28th. This happened in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Suraj Banjare, who lives in Bilaspur, and the woman from Mungeli were friends first, then fell in love. They got married in Raipur on May 15, 2025. They were living together as husband and wife. The husband says the woman’s family came on May 28th and took her away by force.
**The Search Begins When She Doesn’t Return**
Suraj said his wife was coming home. But when she didn’t show up, he started looking for her. The woman’s family won’t tell him anything. He has gone to the police many times, but he says they haven’t helped. About a month ago, Suraj asked the High Court to help find his wife, saying her family wouldn’t tell him where she was. The husband is worried something bad has happened to his wife, saying, “I’m afraid they might have hurt her.”
The lawyer for the husband told the court that the woman might be in danger and needs to be found right away to make sure she is safe.
**High Court Orders Mungeli SP to Act**
The High Court heard the case and said it was serious. The court told the Mungeli SP to do everything they can to find the woman and bring her to court by August 28th. The court also told the woman’s father to come to court.
