A joint venture will be formed with PanIIT to empower marginalized communities through skill development and rural entrepreneurship. Amendments to the Motor Vehicles Taxation Act have been approved to address accidents and pollution concerns, coupled with allowing vehicle owners to transfer their chosen registration numbers to new vehicles. The Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Amendment Bill, 2025, has also been approved by the cabinet, in addition to a new startup and innovation policy targeting student involvement in agriculture, green energy, and healthcare. Moreover, amendments to the Agricultural Produce Market Act, the establishment of a new state capital region development authority, and the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2025, were given the green light. Amendments to the land revenue code and the Kushabhau Thakre Journalism and Mass Communication University Act were also approved to improve governance.
