Following a tragic drowning at Gajpalla Waterfall, the Gariaband district administration has increased security measures at its waterfalls. The Forest Department and Police are collaborating to improve safety, specifically at Chindrapagar and Gajpalla.
The administration is addressing concerns about tourists risking their safety for social media content. As a result, surveillance at all waterfalls has been increased.
