Recently, the temple’s donation box, which had been sealed for five months, was opened. It contained currency, precious metals, and numerous letters detailing devotees’ wishes and prayers. The opening, which took place on Monday, involved tight security and the presence of temple committee members who meticulously counted the donations. The total cash collected was ₹11,18,194, a decrease from the ₹19,23,723 received in February. The valuation of the gold and silver donations is still pending. The total donations are now part of the temple’s fund. The Danteshwari Mata Temple’s fame continues to grow. Devotees from India and abroad attend, particularly during Navratri. The temple’s value is estimated in crores. The temple’s renovation has increased the number of devotees. During Sharadiya Navratri, offerings, including Jyoti Kalash donations, exceed one crore.
