Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai marked Teachers’ Day by launching the Mission Space and Project Jai Vigyan campaigns from his residence, focusing on educating schoolchildren about space science. The event saw the signing of two key agreements: one between the Raipur district administration and the IGNITING DREAMS OF YOUNG MINDS FOUNDATION, and another between the Raipur district administration and VIGYAN BHARTI. These agreements aim to provide students with valuable insights into space-related subjects.
Chief Minister Sai extended his congratulations and best wishes to Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla for his successful space journey. He acknowledged the vital role of teachers and extended Teachers’ Day wishes to everyone. He praised the district administration’s initiative, highlighting that the agreements would cultivate a scientific outlook in students and boost their enthusiasm for science.
CM Sai emphasized that science transcends the confines of laboratories and embodies a way of life. He underscored the importance of science in fostering critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. He expressed his optimism that the workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and innovative projects under Project Jai Vigyan will give students opportunities to learn and gain confidence.
