*Big step towards e-governance under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai: Now employees’ ‘Kundali’ on mobile app*
*Digital facility for employees with the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Sai: Service information now updated on mobile app*
*Benefit to government employees of the state: No problem in retirement, promotion and salary discrepancies: GPF will be paid quickly*
Raipur, June 11, 2025/Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the Chhattisgarh government is continuously working towards making good governance strong and easy through e-governance. Continuing the policy of “Digital Administration – Transparent Solutions”, the state government has now taken an innovative initiative to update the service information of employees through a mobile app. This effort reflects the thinking of Chief Minister Shri Sai in which the convenience, respect and rights of every employee are protected — through a fast, simple and reliable system. In this series, the hassle of turning files for the CR of about 4 lakh government employees of the state has now ended. Employees’ profiles will now be updated on the Employee Corner mobile app. This will not cause any problem at the time of retirement, promotion, salary discrepancies, etc.
According to the new system, it will now be mandatory to load and update the profiles of employees on the Personnel Property Portal. For this, the Employee Corner mobile app and web portal have been developed. This new system of the Directorate of Treasury and Accounts has been implemented with immediate effect. This system will prove to be very helpful in keeping the service related “Kundali” of the employees updated. Although the Personnel Property Module has been in use since 2019, this new digital platform will provide employees with their personal and service related information quickly and conveniently.
Director of Treasury and Accounts Shri Ritesh Agarwal said that it has been found that most employees do not update their information on the Personnel Property Portal, due to which they face many problems at the time of retirement. The responsibility of updating personal information in the Personnel Property Module rests with the head of the office, but it takes time, which causes inconvenience. To solve these problems, the Employee Corner mobile app has been developed, which allows employees to log in themselves and update their information.
Now, there will be no dependence on the head of the office for service related information, change of nominee, change of bank account, etc., which will also reduce the situation of unnecessary delay. Transparency and progress will be ensured in transfers, salary fixation, promotions and other administrative works. Along with this, quick disposal of benefits received during service and after retirement like pension, GPF, gratuity, leave encashment, etc. will be possible, because the relevant data will be updated.
*These are the major benefits from the Personnel Property App*
Competent officers will be able to dispose of the service related applications received from the employees in a timely manner. The problems related to salary discrepancies will be reduced by the update of the module. Employees can update the information themselves by logging into the Employee Corner mobile app or web application. This app and portal have been prepared with the aim of making the profile update process simple and easy. For its use, information about SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is given in https://ekoshonline.cg.gov.in/Advertisement/sop_karmik_website_merged.pdf.
Also, a system has been prepared to present the final GPF claim in the office of the Accountant General after retirement of government employees through a completely online medium. This will greatly reduce the time taken in the disposal of claims.
In addition, an online GPF credit missing module has also been developed, through which the head of the office and the employee will be able to make online corrections of the missing GPF entry during the service period.
It is the clear vision of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai that every decision of the state government should be in the interest of the general public and employees. This digital initiative is a strong step towards service security, transparency in the process and quick disposal of employees, which establishes Chhattisgarh in the leading category of e-governance.
