A fatal road accident in the Balod district of Chhattisgarh resulted in the deaths of a truck driver and his helper. The accident occurred in the Purur police station area, specifically in the village of Fagundah. A truck, which was waiting to be loaded with husk outside a rice mill, was hit by a tanker. The truck driver, Shailendra Thakur, and the helper, Budhlal Dhimar, died at the scene. Three others were injured in the accident. Police have registered a case against the tanker driver and are investigating the cause of the collision.
