Raipur, June 13, 2025/ Under the Chief Minister’s Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana, a total of 31 meritorious students who came in the top 10 in the board exams of class X and XII will be given an incentive of Rs 2-2 lakh by the Chief Minister of the state, Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, on June 15 in a program organized at New Circuit House. On this occasion, Labor Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan and Dr. Ram Pratap Singh, President of Chhattisgarh Bhavan and other Construction Workers Welfare Board will also be present.
Labor Minister Shri Dewangan said that under the proposed program of the board, under the Chief Minister Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana, a total of 31 worker children including 26 of class 10th and 5 of class 12th in Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board will be given Rs 2 lakh per student. This includes Rs 1 lakh for two-wheeler and Rs 1 lakh in the form of cash incentive. Similarly, the Chhattisgarh Bhavan and other Construction Workers Welfare Board will DBT more than Rs 19.71 crore in the bank accounts of 38200 construction workers of the state. This amount will be provided under various welfare schemes.

This initiative will play an important role in providing financial assistance to the construction workers of the state and their families and improving their standard of living.
