Chhattisgarh is deporting approximately 30 Bangladeshi nationals who were residing in the state without legal authorization. The individuals were apprehended in various districts including Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Raigarh, Mohla-Manpur, and Chirmiri. The deportation process involves the Raipur police handing over the individuals to the BSF, who will then execute the deportation at the Assam-Bangladesh border. The scheduled completion date for this process is today. Those facing active legal cases, evidenced by filed FIRs, will not be immediately deported. Their departure will be determined by the court’s decision. The BSF, responsible for border security, has been assigned this task by the central government.
