The grounded British F-35B fighter jet has been moved to a hangar at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. A team of UK technical experts, arriving on a Royal Air Force Airbus A400M Atlas, has been deployed to assess the aircraft. The F-35 made an emergency landing at the airport on June 14. The UK has accepted an offer for maintenance at a local MRO facility and is finalizing arrangements. A UK engineering team is on site, equipped to assess and repair the aircraft. The UK expressed their gratitude for the support received from the Indian authorities.
