During an event in Muzaffarpur, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar celebrated Bihar’s rich historical and philosophical contributions to India. He stated that Bihar is not simply a state but represents the essence of India. He highlighted that the state is the location of the enlightenment of Buddha and Mahavira, the Champaran resistance movement, and the work of Dr. Rajendra Prasad in shaping the constitution. Dhankhar, speaking at the Lalit Narayan Mishra College of Business Management’s foundation day, declared Bihar as the genesis of India’s philosophical roots and a convergence point for the legacies of Buddha, Mahavira, and Dr. Rajendra Prasad. He mentioned that the significance of Nalanda exceeds the combined impact of Oxford, Harvard, and Cambridge.
