A tragic accident in Patna near the Bairia bus stand claimed the lives of two Kanwariyas on Tuesday morning. Neeraj Kumar and Bablu Kumar, residents of Chhipura Kala village, were riding a motorcycle to collect Gangajal at Gai Ghat when a high-speed truck struck them. Both died at the scene. Two other individuals, also from the same village, were severely injured and taken to a private hospital. The incident led to protests and road blockades on the Patna-Masaudi main road by local residents near Bairia Mod. The police, including officers from Gopalpur, Gauri Chak, Parsa Bazar, and Ramkrishna Nagar stations, were on the scene to control the situation. The authorities have launched an investigation and are providing support to the families of the victims.
