At the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ youth dialogue in Nirmali, Supaul, Bihar, IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav shared his vision for the future. Organized by Kumar Bhagwat, the event showcased the enthusiasm of the young participants. Vaibhav emphasized his optimism about the future, encouraging the students to contribute towards a developed Bihar by 2047, as part of a larger vision for a developed India. He highlighted the role of education and entrepreneurship in achieving this goal.
He expressed his pleasure at seeing the impact of the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ campaign even in the more distant areas. Vaibhav shared the core of Vedanta’s teachings and emphasized the importance of understanding the viewpoints of Bihar’s ancestors. He pointed out that uniting individuals, while setting aside differences of caste, creed, gender, and ideology, is essential for building a better future.
Vaibhav stressed that for India to develop by 2047, a developed Bihar is essential. He envisioned a Bihar where quality education, job opportunities, and healthcare are available within the state. He encouraged everyone to draw inspiration from their ancestors and contribute by embracing education, equality, and entrepreneurship, overcoming all forms of discrimination.
‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ is now a major social movement, with over 250,000 direct members dedicated to Bihar’s development. The movement has established 27 free centers across 14 districts and involves over 600 startups. More than 50,000 individuals have been helped through over 300 free health camps organized by doctors.
Additionally, various social activities are being undertaken by social workers. At the Startup Summit 2025, the ‘Developed Bihar @ 2047’ vision was unveiled. The initiative aims to set up chapters in every panchayat of Bihar by 2028 and to foster at least five startups in each district that will provide jobs to over 100 people through the campaign. The success of these goals requires concerted effort from every level.
