Following the incident, Sanjan Devi was rescued from the river. She was being transported to the hospital when she passed away. Upon receiving information about the accident, the local administration arrived at the scene promptly. Police from Triveniganj, Chhatapur, and Jadia police stations were present and engaged in rescue and relief efforts. An NDRF team also reached the site. The NDRF team is currently conducting a rescue operation. The search continues for the missing individuals after the boat capsized in the Bhonga River, Supaul.
