Every bogie of the Patna Metro will be equipped with 360-degree CCTV cameras. There will also be an emergency button and a microphone in all bogies, the sound of which will reach the driver. The construction of the Patna Metro began after Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone on February 17, 2019. The first phase of the Patna Metro started in November 2020, while piling for construction began in December 2020.
