Due to intense rainfall, the Subarnarekha and Budhabalang rivers have swelled. The situation is being managed, according to the Revenue and Disaster Management Minister. The IMD has issued a red alert for severe rainfall in the coming days. The government is working to offer relief to the affected communities, providing dry and cooked food. Teams from ODRAF, Fire Services, and NDRF are deployed in the affected areas, with rescue efforts intensified. Financial assistance will be provided for agricultural damages.
