Congress leaders Rama Chandra Kadam and Tara Prasad Bahinipati also joined the celebrations, demonstrating cross-party unity. The Deputy CM highlighted the government’s commitment to Kotia’s development and welfare, while Pujari reaffirmed the state’s support for the region in the face of ongoing boundary disputes.
