Security guard Naveen Kumar Singh revealed that he had received prior information about some women being involved in illicit activities within the hospital. They would visit the hospital every night to engage in the sex trade. The police investigation will reveal whether hospital staff facilitated or exploited them.
Both women confessed during questioning about their involvement in the sex trade. They serviced three to four clients per night. They would conduct their trade in different parts of the city, earning between 500 and 2000 rupees per night. One of the women was employed at the hospital.
