Chirag Paswan has declared his intention to run in the Bihar Assembly elections, planning to contest all 243 seats. Addressing a crowd in Ara, he emphasized that he’s participating in the election ‘for Bihar,’ not just from the state. He’s seeking public opinion on which seat he should contest from. Paswan aims to bolster the NDA and help it win. He also criticized the RJD and Congress, claiming they share responsibility for the ‘jungle raj’ era. Furthermore, he responded to Rahul Gandhi’s accusations against the Election Commission, which he views as a sign that Gandhi has already conceded defeat. Paswan has stated that he isn’t focused on becoming Chief Minister and that his party’s parliamentary board will determine if he runs.
