The Commission has issued a notice to Tejashwi Yadav and requested the original documents for both of his identified EPICs. Tejashwi Yadav’s correct EPIC number is RAB0456228, while no records are found for the other number, RAB2916120.
The Election Commission released the draft voter list for Bihar on August 1. Parties and voters can make corrections or changes to the list until September 1. The Election Commission clarified that the draft list is not final and that the final list will be released on September 30. The aim is to ensure all eligible voters are included. The Election Commission has already removed 6.5 million names during the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process.
