Bihar’s Health Minister, Mangal Pandey, has declared that the state will soon begin the recruitment process for 1800 assistant professor positions in its medical colleges. This move is aimed at enhancing the quality of medical education and healthcare services. During the distribution of appointment letters to newly appointed medical officers, Pandey mentioned the recent appointment of nearly 1400 doctors in the past few days, demonstrating the government’s commitment to improving healthcare accessibility. The state is also actively recruiting Ayush doctors and will soon appoint 4500 CHOs. The Minister emphasized the importance of dedication and compassion in serving patients.
