Political tensions are rising in Bihar, with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav leading the charge against the Nitish Kumar government. During a press conference, Yadav accused Minister Jibesh Mishra of wrongdoing, including involvement in a fake drug case. He presented a video allegedly showing the minister assaulting a journalist who inquired about road conditions.
After showing the video, Yadav questioned the state of law and order, demanding action against the minister, including dismissal and an FIR. He criticized the government, accusing it of harboring criminals.
Yadav also addressed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to Bihar. He highlighted issues such as the state of rural infrastructure, schools, and healthcare, as well as the challenges faced by women and youth due to economic hardship. He also raised concerns about the financial cost of the Prime Minister’s rallies and reminded him of past promises. Yadav accused the Prime Minister of returning to Bihar with empty promises.
