Authorities in Bihar are investigating another peculiar case involving a residence certificate application, this time for a dog named ‘Dogesh Babu.’ The application follows a similar incident where a certificate was issued for a dog named ‘Dog Babu.’ The District Magistrate has ordered a probe into the incident, calling it a serious breach of administrative processes. The application, filed on July 29, listed the dog’s ‘parents’ names and a detailed residential address. Prior instances of unusual applications in the state include certificates issued for a tractor and a Bluetooth device.
